I'm fine, now, but I spent most of last week in bed. I wasn't getting enough sleep, and on the day the flare hit, I had overdone the housework ... I knew a flare was coming, but I didn't think it was going to put me out of commission for so long. Just another reminder that, no matter where you are in your recovery, you need to listen to your body ... and take due care of it!

Glad you're feeling better. You'd mentioned awhile ago you weren't getting enough rest.
So, have you learned your lesson now, young lady? Hm?

I tell myself that I've learned my lesson ... and then life gets in the way. One big issue I've been having, as of late, is a very loud neighbor, who has on numerous occasions kept me up all night. I have tried to be diplomatic about the issue, but it seems this person does not respond well to diplomacy. I might have to start being the evil neighbor who calls the cops....

The cops worked for me! But someone else called- I was too chicken. Anyway- the person moved soon after. What a difference.
I have wondered where you were-and afraid it was because of fatigue or whatever.
Glad you're back.

Glad to be back. Yeah, the fatigue was pretty bad, and I'm still having some motivational issues. I haven't so much as checked LNE for weeks. Maybe I'll do that today....

I was hoping you were just busy enjoying Thanksgiving. Flares suck.

Luckily they usually don't last too long. I slipped back a few days ago; totally caught me off guard. I haven't had a flare this long in well over a year. I really need to take better care of myself....
