I spent most of the day out of bed yesterday, and only got minimal head pain.
It is now 8:30 p.m., my time, and I still don't have a headache. I ran errands with Haku practically all day, helped put groceries away, and got dinner started. I started feeling the crash about an hour ago ... but still, I spent the entire day out of bed. I think the upswing is finally here.
I am SO grateful for today.

Could hardly wait to open a thread that was title 'A Good Day'
It's always so refreshing to read something like that. All in all I have had a good day ,too. I'm drained, but no longer feel like doom and gloom.

I had a strange spell soon after I took my vitamins-extreme tired and nausea. Laid down for 10 minutes, it passed, I got up and ate lunch and have been good to go.
working to get this freelance work done while I'm still connected to get it sent off.
Tonight I'm going to Charm City Roller Derby. What a hoot! Roller Derby is an extreme sport in my book. Like going to a party.

How was the Roller Derby? Sounds like fun!
Still mobile ... still feeling positive, despite continued (highly stressful) family stuff.

Roller Derby sure is different-or like a throw back. Wish I could remember the name of the movie that came out a while ago about Roller Derby- but i think the movie was a bit more hard core. I think it's like an extreme sport-it requires strategy and extreme skill in fast skating and agility. Rough sport. helmets, knee pads, elbow pads. Lots of flesh , butt cheeks abd bruises. I got so psyched up , I wanted to play roller derby on the highway ride home and bump all the other cars off the road! www.charmcityrollergirls.com/ - 34k

I'm still going strong ... no headache, no extra time in bed, just a little achy and a few other complaints, but nothing too terrible. I went in for my physical today, getting a complete blood panel and a pap. I figured I would see what my white blood counts looked like, and then go from there. I also got a new prescription for Xanax; I haven't had a prescription for years, but my anxiety has been through the roof as of late (extended family issues not getting better), and some refills for my Albuterol. I decided to be as minimalist as possible, not seeking anything from her regarding anything Lyme-related. I was really anxious about my decision to go that route, but I just don't feel like Lyme is something I can discuss with the PA I see, as relatively nonthreatening as she may be. Finally, I have a place where I can go and not feel treated like a head-case (my psychologist is friends with the doctor in practice), and I fear so much the possibility of ruining that with Lyme politics. Maybe one of these days I'll grow a backbone.... *edited to fix smiley
