My bloodwork has been normal ever since this stuff began last July. The only slightly abnormal thing was my WBC dropping down in range (but still "normal") in the first two weeks back last July had the basic "full panel" 6 times since then - never anything to latch onto I don't see antivirals as any riskier than ABX, from my research. I will try ANYthing to get my life back, so long as the risk is nominal - I read up on everthing before I take it (maybe not as much as LE!) The only thing I took a pass on was Cipro. And balked at the IV stuff...For cost more than safety reason

Been a week of Vamfir tomorrow - feeling barely able to go to work... Only two sickdays left! I want to give this stuff fair try tho'
Plus I am frantic with battles over my neck/shoulder and CIGNA. they denied payment for my epidural - doc and surgical center.
Spent my night at work writing letters to the ortho and CIGNA starting appeals.
As I said in another thread, like to get the Clamydia Pnuemonia test panel if only to close off another dead end.

Man, it just doesn't end, does it? It's bad enough that you have to go through all of this crap with your body, but that you have to fight your insurance company at every turn just makes it all that much worse. How can CIGNA justify their denial over the eipdural? That's just ridiculous. I hope you take this as far as you can; I'd write a letter a week until I got a straight answer. There has to be someone up at the top of the totem pole who can reverse that decision.

Thanks - but ins companies are the inventors of "kick 'em when they're down"!
I also sent a letter to my union, as they have intervened for other folks with CIGNA abuse issues.
